Welcome to Modern Elements Hub. By placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or any other sales channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Modern Elements Hub reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery and contact information provided is accurate.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Promotional prices are valid only for the advertised period.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be received before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment through approved payment methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, stock availability, or unforeseen delays.

  • Customers will be notified if there are significant delays.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or quoted before dispatch.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographs where applicable.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • They are unused and in their original packaging.

  • They are accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • They are not custom-made or specially ordered items.

Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before dispatch may be subject to a 5% handling fee or a minimum charge of R70 (whichever is greater) to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.

No cancellation fee will be charged where the cancellation is due to an error or fault on the part of Modern Elements Hub.

8. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, colours, and images are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to monitor or mobile screen settings.

  • Minor variations in finish or texture may occur depending on manufacturing batches.

9. Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Incorrect assembly

  • Damage caused after delivery

10. Limitation of Liability

Modern Elements Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays caused by third-party courier services beyond our reasonable control.

11. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for processing orders, providing customer support, and communicating regarding purchases. Personal information will not be sold to third parties except where required to complete your order or where required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
